Icia is the titular character in Icia. She is one of the first characters of Icia.

Appearance

Icia looks like a block of ice with a face, two legs and no arms. She is drawn in Microsoft Paint with a blue-gray outline and a light turqouise body. She used to have a light-turqouise outline and a white body because the earliest drawings of Icia featured a white background instead of the new blue background with a green surface.

Personality & behavior

Icia has a friendly, intelligent and calm personality. She rarely gets angry, however she is very friendly and knows a lot of things that others don't even know.
